The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash Annexure-1 for acceptance of tender in respect of maintenance of Sarsida to Paikasida road for the year 2014-15. 5.

Since the period of tender has already over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
