2. The Court is informed that on remission of sentence, the Appellant has already been released. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant states that he will nevertheless argue the appeal on the issue of conviction.

3. List on 27th January, 2022.

4. The personal appearance of the Appellant is dispensed with for the time being."
