Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In course of hearing attention of this Court has been drawn by Mr.Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel on the coverage of the case of decision of this Court reported in 2015(1) OLR 588. Since this Court finds the case of the Petitioner stands covered by the above reported judgment, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court simply observes case of the Petitioner shall stand governed under the direction in the above reported case. Both the orders under Annexures-1 & 2 are quashed and the case of the Petitioner be treated in the light of direction given in the above judgement.
