This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record as well as other relevant documents on record.

The facts involved in the present case is identical to the facts involved in W.P.(C) No.561 of 2022 decided on 15.03.2022 between Basanta Manjori Baskey vrs. State of Odisha and others. Therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of in the light of order delivered in the case of Basanta Manjori Baskey vrs. State of Odisha and others(supra).

In such view of the matter, the Annexures-5 and 7 to the writ petition are hereby set aside.

It is open for the Opposite Parties to decide the case in the light of the direction given in the case of Basanta Manjori Baskey vrs. State of Odisha and others(supra).

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
