1. The Petitioner purchased the land in question long after the lease Order No.

stood cancelled. Consequently, the Petitioner has no locus standi to question the cancellation of the lease. The impugned order therefore calls for no interference at the instance of the present Petitioner.

2. The writ petition is dismissed. The interim order if any is vacated.
