This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 08.08.2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Basudevpur in ICC Case No.49 of 2011 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has taken cognizance under Sections 323/294/427/506/34 IPC and Section 3 of the SC & S.T (PA) Act.

None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party is present. 4.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.
