Heard Mr. L. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioners, Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State - Opposite Party No.1 and Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2.

In course of hearing, Mr. Pradhan does press this petition with prayer to grant liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned court and seek for bail.

Accordingly the CRLMC is disposed of as not pressed granting the liberty prayed for.

In the event Petitioners surrender before the concerned court below and pray for bail on or before 25th April, 2022, their prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law on the same day. 5.
