This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard M/s. L. Samantaray, learned counsel for the petitioner and M/s. S.K. Dey learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Bank. 3.

The petitioner who is stated to be working as a sub-staff in Buguda Branch Indian Bank (Opposite Party No.2) has filed present Writ Petition seeking regularization of his services as Class-IV employee inter alia on the ground that persons similarly circumstanced have been regularized yet, he has been singled out for hostile discrimination.

Ventilating his grievances petitioner has made a representation to the Opposite Party No.1-Regional Manager, Indian Bank, Regional Orrice, Bhubaneswar by registered post on 09.02.2010 which is on record at Annexure-8.

It is stated at the bar that the said representation is still pending consideration.

Taking into account the limited nature of grievance, this Court is of the considered view that interest of justice would be subserved if the authorities are directed to consider the representation at Annexure-8 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order along with copy of W.P.(C).

It is made clear that this Court is not expressed any opinion regarding the recitals of the representation. 8.
