11. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Jayash Pradhan on behalf of Mr. B.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the Appellant.

3. Even though vide order dtd.18.07.2014, this Court while issuing notice directed the Appellant to file requisites within seven (7) days, but till date requisites for issuance of such notice has not yet been filed.

4. This appeal has been filed by the Appellant challenging the order dtd.29.04.2002 passed in Case No.65 of 2001 by the Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission. Since no notice has yet been issued due to non filing of requisites since 18.07.2014, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.
