Mishra, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.1-Chairman and Opposite Party-2-General Manager (Administration) submits that with efflux of time the matter become infructuous in as much as the petitioner has been place for declaration of result for promotion for Scale-I to Scale-II of Utkal Gramya Bank.
