Heard Mr. J.M. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.K. Padhi, learned Central Government Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

In compliance of the order dated 10.02.2020, a report has been submitted by the Deputy Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, to the following effect: "We may inform that the OA is ready for final hearing and is likely to be disposed of by 30/06/2020. A slip to this effect be kept on the file of O.A No.208/2019." 4.

In view of the above, since the O.A. is likely to be disposed of by 30.06.2020, this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Tribunal for disposal of the aforesaid O.A. within a time stipulated, has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
