1. This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode.

2. Mr. S.K. Rout, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Sanganeria, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

4.
