Misc. Case No.71 of 2006 and MACA No.37 of 2006

1. Delay in filing the appeal was condoned in the present appeal by an order dated 11th February 2013 subject to the Appellant paying Rs.500/- to the learned counsel for the Respondents within a period two weeks. Despite over nine and half years having elapsed since then, the said amount of Rs.500/- has not been paid.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant states she will hereafter pay the said sum. The Court is not inclined to grant such indulgence considering that this is a very old case.

3. In view of the conditional order dated 11th February 2013not being complied with, the delay in filing the appeal is not condoned. Accordingly, Misc.

Case No.71 of is dismissed.

Consequently, the present appeal is dismissed. The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
