2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that since this is an old matter of the year 2012, he has no instructions.

3. However, on perusal of the records, it appears that the period of contract has already been over, by efflux of time.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

5. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
