ORDER

Order No.

24.08.2022 IA No.11118 of 2022 7.

1.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2.

This application has been filed in the disposed of writ petition for correction of typographical error crept in the 3rd line of para-4 of order No.6 dated 21st March, 2022. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in 3rd line of para-4 of order dated 21st March, 2022, the original 'Khata No.317' has been wrongly typed out as 'Khata No.371', which may be corrected.

4.

Perusal of record as well as the order sought to be corrected, it is found, there appears inadvertent typographical error with regard to original Khata number. The same should be '317' instead of '371'.

5.

Accordingly, necessary correction be carried out in order dated 21st March, 2022.

// 2 // 6.

Order dated 21st March, 2022 is modified to the above extent only. In view of such modification/correction, the time limit fixed for disposal of the mutation appeal is extended for a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The rest part of order dated 21st March, 2022 remains unaltered.

7.

The IA is disposed of accordingly 8.

On production of certified copy of order dated 21st March, 2022, necessary correction with regard to Original Khata number be carried out.
