The Court has been shown a copy of the written communication dated 5th February, 2015 of the Office of the Director, Soil Conservation, Odisha, Bhubaneswar explaining inter alia that the State (Petitioner) wishes to withdraw the writ petition since the Opposite Party has already been paid all the retiral dues on the regularization of his service.
