2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 7.4.2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in ICC No.2635 of 2011.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2012. This Court issued notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by registered post with A.D vide order dated 16.05.2012. Till date requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Party No.2 have not been filed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.

6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
