Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner alleges that her claim under Annexure-5 series has been verbally rejected by O.P.3. For the consistent opinion of this Court, there is no room for verbal rejection by the Public Authority involving any claim as appearing in Annexure-5 series. In the event the Petitioner re-submits the application under Annexure-5 series to O.P.3, same shall be entertained and the claim involved herein shall be considered and disposed by reasoning by completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. In the event the Petitioner wants to take support of any guideline, it will be open to her to make his written submission along with copy of the guideline, if any, for consideration of O.P.3. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified

// 2 // copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
