Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Instant petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is filed assailing the impugned order dated 26th July, 2012 whereby the learned court below dismissed the complaint filed by opposite party No.3 in terms of Section 203 Cr.P.C. on the ground that there is absence of sanction as required under Section 197 Cr.P.C. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with a limited prayer, the CRLMC may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the complaint in the event he obtained sanction under Section 197 Cr.P.C. vis-à-vis opposite party No.2. 4.
In view of the above submission, CRLMC stands disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
