1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. It is submitted by Mr. Jayanta Rath, learned Senior Advocate that he has not filed this I.A. Therefore, the names of M/s. Durgesh Narayan Rath along with his associates be deleted from the next cause list.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court directs that the names of M/s. Durgesh Narayan Rath and A.K. Saa be deleted from the cause list.

4. Since nobody appears to press this I.A. at the time of call, list this matter on 6th May, 2024.
