Mr. Samal, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, the police station is not registering his client's complain as F.I.R. His client has been disposes by her sister-in-law. She has also been physically assaulted.

Mr. Mund, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, sub-section (3) in section 154, Code of Criminal Procedure requires petitioner to forward the complaint by post to the Superintendent of police. 3.

On query from Court Mr. Samal submits, his client will be well advised to move under section 6 of Specific Relief Act, 1963. 4.

On record of above submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
