1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law. If such appeal is filed not later than 1st August, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay, it will be considered on merit by the appellate authority in accordance with law, taking into account the delay on account of pendency of the present petition. Till such time the appellate authority passes an order on the Petitioner's application for interim relief, the status quo ordered by this Court on 21st November, 2012 will continue.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in the above terms.
