This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is contended that though the amount in question was to be deposited before the 1st MACT, Keonjhar, where the matter was originally filed, but it is deposited before the 2nd MACT, Northern Division, Sambalpur, which had disposed the matter while holding Camp Court at Keonjhar.

In view of such and in terms of the order passed by this Court on 15.7.2022, the insurer since has deposited the amount by way of cheque before the 2nd MACT, Northern Division, Sambalpur, the claimants are unable to get the amount in question. It is accordingly contended that the insurer be directed to deposit the amount in question before the 1st MACT, Keonjhar 5.

Therefore, this Court while disposing the I.A, directs the insurer to take back the cheque so deposited

// 2 // before the 2nd MACT, Northern Division, Sambalpur and re-deposite the same before the 1st MACT, Keonjhar within a period of three weeks hence.
