None appears for the petitioners at the time of call so also no one had appeared on last three occasions on 06.03.2019, 17.11.2022 and 28.11.2022 and the present CRLMC is pending since 14.10.2016. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it presupposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
