This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.
This CRLMP petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judge, family Court, Kendrapara, for expeditious disposal of I.A. No.98 of 2021, arising out of CRP No.118 of 2021 within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited prayer involved herein, the CRLMP petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara to dispose of I.A. No.98 of 2021, arising out of CRP No.118 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of an authenticate copy of this order by the Petitioner. 4.
With the aforesaid direction, the CRLMP stands disposed of. 5.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in
