Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this Criminal Misc. Case and, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the same. To that effect, a memo dated 25th April, 2022 has been filed.

Prayer is allowed.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed as being withdrawn. 5.

Interim order dated 21st January, 2013 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.2306 of 2012 stands vacated.
