1. In view of the order dated 17th April 2019 passed by this Court in STREV No.112 of 2004 involving the same Assessee for a different period, the present revision petition is disposed of in the same terms.

2. The Petitioner will now appear before the Orissa Sales Tax Tribunal (Tribunal) on 25th April 2022 along with certified copy of this order and the Tribunal shall consider and decide the matter within four months thereafter in accordance with the aforementioned order of this Court.
