Perused the record. Earlier also on 07.08.2015, 07.11.2015 and 01.02.2016, none also appeared for the petitioner. On perusal of the prayer, it appears that the petitioner seeks direction to opposite party no.3 to execute the work S/R to Aruha-Nampo via mango pond for the year 2015-16 in pursuance of the letter under Annexure-2. As such, the said period has already over in the meantime. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time and accordingly, the same is disposed of as infructuous.
