This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.3-Junior Engineer (Electrical), Gate Bazar Section, At-Gate Bazar, SOUTHCO, Berhampur, Ganjam to restore power supply to his rented house situated at Braja Nagar-2, 3rd Lane, Berhampur within a stipulated period.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

It is stated by Mr. S.C. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party-Utility Company that the matter has become infructuous, as in the meanwhile, the

// 2 // tenant has left the house and owner now presently is using the electricity connection in paying the electricity bill. 5.

Mr. D.R. Nanda, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of such submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
