Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that despite all possible efforts from his side, he has not able to establish contact with the Appellant to take instruction so as to further pursue this Appeal. He, therefore, expresses his inability to do the needful in further pursuing this Appeal.

None appears for the Respondents and this was also the situation on behalf of the Respondents on the earlier date. 4.

In the above state of affair, the Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
