None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. Mr. T.K.Pattnaik, learned Addl. Standing Counsel is present. 3.

This matter is of the year 2012. Vide office order dated 10.01.2014, it was directed that defect as pointed out by the S.R. shall be removed within two weeks, failing which, the matter shall be placed before the Bench for dismissal. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 06.05.2014 and on that date, none appeared for the petitioner and two weeks time was allowed to the petitioner to remove the defects.

Though defects have been removed in the meantime, today also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the case.
