Mr. Dalai, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, inspite of direction made by SDJM, Nayagarh on order dated 21st December, 2021 for Inspector in Charge, Daspalla P.S. to assist his client in resisting dispossession, concerned police station has not taken any action whatsoever.

Mr. Mund, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner should approach the Magistrate instead of moving the High Court. 3.

Petitioner is not aggrieved by direction passed by the SDJM. On the contrary, petitioner seeks compliance of the order made by the Magistrate, on writ issued. It is clear that concerned police station has not acted.

Concerned police station is directed to forthwith take steps as per direction made by the Magistrate on said order dated 21st

// 2 // December, 2021. Petitioner will communicate this order to IIC, Daspalla police station.

The writ petition is disposed of.
