1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Mr. D. Nayak, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate has appeared for the opposite parties no.1 to 3 and filed the updated status report. He has apprised us that the victim has been rescued and recycled to the custody of parents. The victim's statement U/s.164 of the Cr.P.C. has also been recorded.
3. None appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called out.
4. In view of the above statement and also on perusal of the statement recorded U/s.164 of the Cr.P.C., we do not find any reason to continue with this proceeding.
