1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

Considering the submissions made, it is directed that the Petitioner's representation dated 17th December (Annexure-4) will be examined by the Project Director, Water Sheds and Deputy Director, Soil Conservation, Sambalpur (Opposite Party No.3) and after giving the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party No.4 an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order should be passed thereon not later than 7th February, 2022. A copy of such order be made available to the parties not later than 14th February, 2022. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter. If the parties are aggrieved by such order, it will be open to them to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. A downloaded copy of this order be produced before Opposite Party No.3 by the Petitioner not later than 24th January 2022 for compliance.
