The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. S.K. Mishra on behalf of Mr. S. Satpathy, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. K. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the claimant - Respondents.

It is submitted that the entire award amount as per direction of the tribunal has been deposited before this court on 27th November, 2017 pursuant to order dated 3rd November, 2017. 4.

Accordingly, the order dated 25th July, 2022 of this court is modified to the extent that the Appellant - insurance company is permitted to get refund of said amount and the statutory deposit from this court along with accrued interest thereon, as per procedure.

The Appellant - insurer is directed to deposit the modified compensation amount before the tribunal on or before 12th May, 2023. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of.
