This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners challenging the order dated 20th April, 2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur in I.C.C. Case No.321 of 2008 wherein the learned Magistrate has rejected their prayer for summoning Surendra Jena and Bhabendra Rout as defence witnesses as per the list of defence witnesses.

The case is yet to be admitted though filed in the year 2010. 4.

No one had appeared on behalf of the Petitioners when the case listed on 17th September, 2010. Today also no one appears on behalf of the Petitioners.
