This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).
2. Petitioner is stated to have availed a loan from Odisha State Financial Corporation, O.S.F.C., Cuttack for setting up a printing press. Due to being afflicted by cyclone, the petitioner was not able to pay the installments leading to the Loan Recall Notice dated 21st July, 2012 being issued by O.S.F.C. recalling the outstanding liabilities of Rs.29,80,940/-.
3. By filing the Writ Petition, a mandamus is sought to be issued to O.S.F.C for considering the case of the petitioner under the MFD-OTS, 2007 scheme for an amicable settlement. Though this Court had issued
// 2 // notice vide order dated 19th November, 2012, no interim direction was issued.
4. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for unconditional withdrawal of the Writ Petition. A memo with same prayer has been filed which is taken on record.
5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
