1. Learned counsel(s) both for the Petitioners as well as the Informant-Opposite Party No.2 inform the Court that the dispute between the parties has been settled. The affidavits of the Informant and the injured person are both placed on record.

2. In that view of the matter, Ranapur P.S. Case No.207 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. Case No.207 of 2014 pending in the Court of J.M.F.C., Ranapur and all proceedings consequential thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
