This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 15th September, 2008 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.123 of 2007 directing the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- to the Opposite Party from the date of application i.e. on 13th March, 2007.

After issuance of notice vide order dated 21st November, 2008, the matter is being adjourned. On the last occasion i.e. on 16th August, 2013, none had appeared when the matter was called. 5.

In view of the above, it appears that the Petitioner has lost his interest in pursuing the RPFAM.
