1. This matter is not in today's list. It is taken up through special notice.

2. It has come to the notice of this Court that the term "SDJM, Padampur" appearing in paragraph nos. 4 and 8 of the order dated 11.01.2022 has been inadvertently typed instead of the term "Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Padampur". A mention is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to this effect.

3. Since this is an inadvertent mistake and it shall not change the nature and character of the order dated 11.01.2022, the term "SDJM, Padampur" be read as "Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Padampur". This order shall be treated as a part of the order

// 2 // dated 11.01.2022. The remaining part of the order dated 11.01.2022 shall remain unaltered.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate concerned with his/her seal, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Office Order dated 7th January, 2022.
