It is submitted by Mr. A. Das on behalf of Mr. S.K. Padhi, learned counsel for the Appellant that the award amount of Rs.60,000/- was deposited before this court on 11th September, 2003. 3.

The Appellant is permitted to take back the said amount along with accrued interest upon filing appropriate petition. 4.

The amount directed in order dated 8th August, 2022 of this court be deposited before the tribunal on or before 15th February, 2023.
