This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. 3.

The prayer in the W.P.(C) is inter alia to quash the order passed by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Society, Rairangpur Circle, Rairangpur dated 05.02.2003 at Annexure-1 directing for winding of Rairangpur Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Ltd. in purported exercise of power in terms of Section 73 (i) of the Orissa Cooperative Society Act, 1962 and appointing the Sub-Assistant Registrar as liquidator of the said Bank as liquidator and also for implementation of the order passed by member Cooperative Tribunal in Odisha in case number T.A. No.21/2003 directing stay of the order passed by the Assistant Registrar adverted to hereinabove. 4.

On perusal of the pleadings, this Court is of the considered opinion that the lis has become infructuous with efflux of time. 5.

The interim order stands vacated.

The W.P.(C) accordingly stands disposed of.
