Mr.N.K.Sahu, learned counsel and his associates enter appearance in Court on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 by filing Vakalatnama in court today, which is taken on record. 3.

None appears for the Appellant when this Appeal of the year 2000 is called. This was the situation on the earlier occasion.

In view of the above, the Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
