This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 11th August, 2010 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding Nos.126 and 152 of 2006.

On perusal of the case record, it appears that the matter was filed on 6th September, 2010 and thereafter no step was taken either to remove the defects or to get the matter listed. 5.

In view of the above, this Court feels that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
