1. Learned counsel for the Opp.Party No.2 states that he has no instructions.

2. The challenge in the present petition is to an order dated 16th January, 2009 passed by the Office of the President, Grievances Redressal Forum, Rourkela (GRF) in Case No. 496 of 2008. By the said order the GRF set aside the penalty imposed by the Petitioner against Opp. Party No.2 for over-drawal of electricity.

3. Considering that no reasons have been given by the GRF for its conclusion, the impugned order is set aside and Case No. 496 of 2008 is remanded to GRF, Rourkela for a fresh decision in accordance with law.

4. The matter will be listed before the GRF on 21st March, 2022 and after notice to the parties, the said case No. 496 of 2008 will be disposed of within a one month.

5. It is made clear that if the present Opp.Party No.2, who is the Petitioner before the GRF does not appear, the matter will be dismissed for non-prosecution by the GRF.

6. The copy of the order be produced by the present Petitioner before the GRF not later than 3rd March, 2022 for compliance.

7. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
