It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 11472 of 2014 and batch (State of Odisha v. Suravi Mohanty & Anr.), which has been disposed of vide judgment dated 26.10.2021 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment dated 26.10.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 11472 of 2014 and batch (State of Odisha v. Suravi Mohanty & Anr.), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
