This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

It is alleged that in spite of receiving of the amount towards premium, rent & cess vide Annexure-3, no step is being taken by the competent authority for correction of the Record of Rights. 3.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs, if the premium, rent & cess in respect of the particular area is already received vide Annexure-3, action, as appropriate, be undertaken by the Tahasildar, Tangi-Choudwar-Opposite Party No.3 for correction of the Record of Rights in question forthwith.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. It is also directed that result of such exercise shall also be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
