This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

Heard Mr.R.K.Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

Since on instruction Mr.Zafrulla submits that in the meantime upon conclusion of investigation in connection with Rambha P.S. Case No. 562 of 2021 final report dated 28.1.2022 has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court, Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Court.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Court. It is made clear that in case such a petition is filed, the jurisdictional Court shall

The CRLMP is disposed of.
