None appears for the Petitioner at the time of Call. Heard Mr. S.K. Patnaik, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner. Perused the Record. 3.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the Tender Call Notice in respect of Mandadiha R.L. under Daspalla Block under Annexure-1 as well as the order under Annexure-3 and 12 asking the petitioner to deposit the amount and execute the agreement. The Petitioner has further prayed to direct the opposite parties to return the earnest money and the 1/3rd rent, i.e. Rs.2,26,000/- and Rs.5,01,767/- respectively. 4.

Since the period of tender is already over by efflux of time, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, Mr. S.K. Patnaik, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Opposite Parties, however contended that as per Clause-24 of the Tender Notice in case of any dispute arising about this leasing, remedy is available to the Petitioner. 6.
