Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate produces the instructions dated 29.04.2022 in Court today, of which paragraph-7 reads as under:- "7. The following information are submitted for kind perusal relating to the OA No. 1278/1994.

a.

Sri Alekha Chandra Mohanty, conferred with Temporary Status as per FD Resolution dated 04.09.2012 and retired on attaining the age of superannuation.

b.

Sri Akhaya Kumar Swain, conferred with Temporary Status as per FD resolution dated 04.09.2012 and continuing as such.

c.

Sri Manguli Charan Swain, conferred with Temporary Status as per FD resolution dated 04.09.2012 and continuing as such.

d.

Sri Alekha Chandra Dalai, conferred with Temporary Status as per FD resolution dated 04.09.2012 and retired on attaining the age of superannuation.
